What is the cancellation procedure for an Aspire credit card?

Using the Aspire website or mobile app, or contacting customer service at (855) 802-5572, is the easiest way to cancel an Aspire card. Account cancellations can also be mailed in.

Please note that if there are remaining balances on the canceled account, you must continue to make at least the minimum payment each month until the balance is paid in full. Also, any unused refunds will be forfeited, so be sure to redeem them before canceling the card. You must also update your payment method for any recurring charges associated with your Aspire card.
